In the polished corridors of the large consultancies, strategy is dissected, leadership modelled, and slide decks… well, practically canonised. Somewhere between reviewing the umpteenth PowerPoint and yet another declaration of “transformation,” I felt something was missing.
Not data. Not frameworks. Something more human.
The real-world understanding of how decisions get made, not in theory, but in conversation. In conflict. In that quiet, unseen moment where someone says yes to action, or no, not yet. That’s the moment that changes everything.
That’s why I started Opedium Advisory.
Not to be the biggest. Just, maybe, the clearest.
A voice that knows strategy has to meet psychology.
That good decisions start not with dashboards, but with people.
To be clear: markets are just clusters of human behaviour.
If markets are people buying, then understanding their trust, doubt, ambition, and fear isn’t a soft skill.
It’s a strategy.
